SHIPPING

Our shipping rates are as follows:
Australia - $7 AUD flat rate.
International - $15 AUD flat rate.
Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post and will be delivered between 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday. Delivery within Australia generally takes 1-4 days after processing.

International orders are sent via Australia Post. International orders generally take 4-10 working days after processing.

We will not be held responsible for any late deliveries/damages/losses relating to deliveries. We also cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses entered into the site.


PAYMENT

We currently accept Credit Card or Paypal as payment methods. Payments will be processed through secure payment gateways. All prices on our website include GST. The prices displayed on the site may change at any time. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees or local taxes - these are out of our control.


ITEMS

By using our website you acknowledge that the items you receive may vary slightly in colour and pattern configuration to the items displayed in our photos.


ORDERS

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, you will be contacted via the email address you supplied with the order. We cannot guarantee to be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has been accepted.
If an order has not been processed for delivery, changes may be possible.
We will confirm any changes you may request with an email.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WRONG SIZE

We are happy to exchange items if you would like a different size - just email us at contact@saladclothing.com and let us know. Exchanges will only be issued for products that have not been worn, altered, washed and still have their original tags attached. All returns must be received within 14 working days of the receipt of your order and you are responsible for the postage cost to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will email you and send your requested size as soon as possible.

FAULTY ITEMS
We will replace your items in any rare case of faulty goods. Please send us photos and a description of the problem to contact@saladclothing.com within 5 working days of receiving a faulty item. Free replacements will only be issued for products that have not been worn, altered, washed and still have their original tags attached. All returns must be received within 14 working days of the receipt of your order and you are responsible for the postage cost to return the item. Once we receive the item you have returned to us, we will email you and send a free replacement item to you as soon as possible.
Please note items are checked for faults before postage.

CHANGE OF MIND

We cannot issue refunds, replacements or store credit for a change of mind or any other reason.

The terms and conditions and FAQ for using our website are binding from when they are displayed on the site. Any images, logos, text, website design, graphics and clothing displayed on the website are the sole property of Salad Clothing. You may only use the website for the sole purpose of shopping or placing an order.

We at Salad Clothing take the upmost respect and care with your personal details. We only collect the information needed from you to conduct our business. We may use these details to contact you in the event of failed transactions, incomplete orders, stock availability or other business related matters. We do not and will not sell or provide access to your personal details. For the purpose of the transaction we may provide your details to our payment gateway provider or delivery companies to complete your order. No credit card numbers are stored by us.
